Eight Steps of Creation
Every bead follows a meticulous 8-step process perfected over eight generations.
Ingredient Selection
Hand‑pick the finest natural and organic herbs, all sustainably sourced. Every ingredient is chosen for purity, potency, and responsibility.
Grinding
Grind the selected herbs into a fine, uniform powder using traditional stone mills to preserve natural oils and active properties.
Sieving
Sift the ground powder through fine silk screens to remove any coarse particles, ensuring an ultra‑smooth texture.
Blending
Weigh and mix the powdered herbs according to ancient "monarch-herb" formulas, balancing the Five Elements for specific wellness benefits.
Kneading
Add a natural plant-based binder (nanmu adhesive powder) and purified water, then knead into a pliable, clay-like dough.
Hammering
Beat the dough hundreds of times by hand — this step compresses and homogenizes the mixture, making the beads dense and durable.
Shaping
Hand-roll small portions of the dough into perfect round beads. Each bead is individually shaped and pierced while still soft.
Shade Drying
Air-dry the beads in a cool, shaded room for 7 full days. No ovens, no accelerants — only slow, natural curing ensures a gentle and lasting fragrance.
